1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a programme or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the applicable course information, our Privacy Policy and any clearly disclosed programme-specific conditions. If you enrol on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. About BimSrv Academy

BimSrv Academy provides professional education, live instructor-led courses, corporate training, implementation guidance and mentoring for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry.

BimSrv LLP is a separate BIM services company. References on this website to BimSrv Academy’s courses, learners and training activities refer to BimSrv Academy unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility and learner information

You must provide accurate and current registration information. Our professional programmes are generally intended for adults. A learner under 18 may participate only with the involvement and verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian where required.

You are responsible for confirming that you meet any stated prerequisites and that the programme is suitable for your learning goals.

4. Course information

We aim to describe each programme accurately, including its learning outcomes, intended audience, delivery format, indicative schedule, prerequisites, software requirements, fees and included resources. Course pages and written confirmations form part of the applicable programme information.

Minor changes may be made to examples, exercises, lesson sequence, instructors, platforms or supporting resources when they improve delivery without materially reducing the advertised learning outcomes.

5. Enrolment, fees and payment

• An enquiry or form submission does not guarantee a seat.
• Enrolment is confirmed only after BimSrv Academy accepts the registration and receives the required payment or written corporate authorisation.
• Fees, taxes, payment schedules and included services will be shown or communicated before payment.
• Learners are responsible for applicable bank, card, currency-conversion or international-transfer charges unless stated otherwise.
• Discounts, promotional offers and scholarships apply only according to their stated conditions and cannot normally be combined.

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers under their own service and privacy terms.

6. Live instructor-led course delivery

Live programmes are delivered according to the confirmed batch schedule and time zone. Learners are responsible for joining on time, maintaining a suitable internet connection and having the required computer, supported software and permissions.

• Session links and course access are personal to the enrolled learner and must not be shared.
• Missed sessions do not automatically entitle a learner to a refund, replacement session or individual repeat class.
• Where a recording is provided, its availability period and permitted use will be communicated for that programme.
• Reasonable questions and feedback are encouraged, but individual project consulting is not included unless expressly stated.

7. Learner cancellations, refunds and batch transfers

How to request a cancellation or transfer: contact BimSrv Academy in writing through the Contact page and include the learner name, registered email, programme and batch.

8. Cancellation or rescheduling by BimSrv Academy

We may postpone, reschedule, combine or cancel a batch because of instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, technical failure, emergency or another reasonable operational cause. We will communicate material changes as soon as practicable.

If BimSrv Academy cancels a programme and does not provide a suitable alternative, affected learners may choose a full refund of the course fee paid or transfer to another available batch. Our responsibility does not extend to learners’ travel, accommodation, software, lost work time or other consequential costs.

9. Learner conduct and responsibilities

Learners must participate professionally and must not disrupt sessions, harass others, impersonate another person, compromise systems, distribute harmful material or use the service unlawfully. Assignments and assessments submitted for individual recognition must be the learner’s own work unless collaboration is expressly permitted.

We may establish reasonable session, community, assessment and platform rules to protect learners, instructors and programme quality.

10. Intellectual property and recordings

Course presentations, demonstrations, recordings, models, datasets, templates, workbooks, manuals, exercises, assessments, graphics and other learning materials are owned by or licensed to BimSrv Academy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

• Enrolment gives the learner a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for learning.
• Materials may not be resold, published, uploaded, copied for a team, shared publicly, used to train another course or systematically reproduced without written permission.
• Learners may not record live sessions unless BimSrv Academy gives written permission.

Software names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. BimSrv Academy is an independent training provider unless a specific affiliation is expressly stated.

11. Technology and third-party services

Programmes may use WordPress, HubSpot, video-conferencing, email, learning, payment, Autodesk or other third-party services. Their availability and terms are controlled by the respective providers. Learners must obtain legitimate software licences and comply with applicable third-party terms.

Temporary service interruptions may occur. We will use reasonable efforts to restore or provide an alternative for material delivery issues within our control.

12. Assessments and certificates

Where a certificate is offered, eligibility may depend on attendance, participation, assignment submission, assessment results or other published criteria. A certificate confirms completion under the stated conditions; it is not an academic degree, professional licence, employment guarantee or assurance of a particular project outcome.

13. Corporate training and mentoring

Corporate programmes, implementation support and mentoring may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement. If those written terms conflict with this page, the signed or formally accepted programme-specific document will prevail for that engagement.

The client organisation is responsible for authorised access to its files, systems and confidential project information. Each party should protect confidential information received for the engagement.

14. Personal information and communications

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Transactional messages about enquiries, enrolment, schedules, access and learner support are necessary to administer requested services. Marketing communications can be opted out of through the available unsubscribe method.

15. Educational disclaimer and limitation of liability

Training is provided for educational and professional-development purposes. Examples and guidance do not replace project-specific professional judgement, contractual review, regulatory compliance, safety assessment or licensed advice.

To the extent permitted by law, BimSrv Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, opportunity, data or project outcome arising from use of the website or learning materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a programme will not exceed the course fee actually paid to BimSrv Academy for that programme.

16. Events beyond reasonable control

BimSrv Academy is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, widespread network or power failure, platform outage, civil disturbance or similar events. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate and provide a practical alternative where possible.

17. Suspension or termination of access

We may suspend or terminate access for material non-payment, unlawful activity, serious misconduct, unauthorised sharing, infringement of intellectual property or conduct that compromises another learner, instructor or system. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Serious or repeated breach may result in removal without refund, subject to applicable law.

18. Questions, notices and grievances

For a course question, cancellation, transfer request, complaint or grievance, use the BimSrv Academy Contact page. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant enrolment or interaction. We will acknowledge and address concerns within a reasonable period.

19. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith written communication. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts with competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, delivery methods or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with an updated date. Terms applicable to a confirmed paid enrolment will not be materially changed to the learner’s disadvantage without appropriate notice, except where required by law.
