We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that support our operations, including:

  • HubSpot for enquiry forms, customer-relationship management and communications.

Our website may use necessary cookies for site operation and security, as well as analytics, form, chat and performance technologies. HubSpot forms and chat, Google services, WordPress plugins and embedded content may place or read cookies depending on their configuration.

You can control cookies through available website choices and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect forms, chat or other site functions.

7. How long we retain information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for an active learning or business relationship, to resolve enquiries and disputes, and to meet legal, tax, accounting or security requirements. Information that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymised or securely archived as appropriate.

8. Information security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a breach creates a material risk, we will take appropriate response and notification steps required by applicable law.

9. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

  • A summary of personal information being processed and relevant processing activities.
  • Correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Opt-out from marketing communications by using the unsubscribe option or contacting us.
  • Grievance redressal concerning our handling of your personal information.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may limit services that require the information concerned.

10. Children's personal information

Our professional training services are generally intended for adults and AEC learners. A person under 18 should not submit personal information, enrol or participate without the involvement and verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian where required. We do not knowingly use children's information for behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.

11. International processing and transfers

Some service providers may process or store information outside India. Where cross-border processing occurs, we use providers and safeguards considered appropriate for the service and comply with applicable restrictions under Indian law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technologies or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate additional notice.

13. Privacy requests and grievances

To exercise a privacy right, withdraw consent, report a concern or ask a question about this policy, use the BimSrv Academy Contact page and identify your message as a Privacy Request. Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant interaction and respond appropriately.

If a concern remains unresolved, you may use any complaint or grievance mechanism available under applicable Indian data-protection law.
